What we keep and what we do not

Last updated 2026-10-22. This policy is for myteakettles.com and its brand subdomains.

Email you send us

If you write to [email protected], we get your address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and nothing else. Ask us to delete a thread and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it. To request deletion, email [email protected] and say so.

Server logs

Our servers record standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. We keep these logs for security and to spot abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold.

Catalog picker storage in your browser

The catalog picker remembers your last choice using localStorage in your own browser. That value stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

California privacy rights

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. If you are a California resident and want to know what we hold or ask us to delete it, email [email protected].

Children and this site

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. Questions go to [email protected].

Visit counts

This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
